We offer three different types of coffee courses that include
latte art, home espresso and filter coffee making.
Included in the course will be a step-by-step guide on how to steam and pour milk. An introduction into different art patterns, such as heart, rosetta and tulip as well as practical guidance and support from our experienced specialists.
Included in the course will be a step-by-step guide on the following areas; espresso recipe, grinder calibration, dose & yield, puck preparation, extraction, milk texturing
Included in the course will be a step-by-step guide on how to correctly brew using methods, including the AeroPress and V60 dripper. Theory in relation to coffee bean processes and brewing suitability alongside practical guidance and support from our experienced specialists
As much coffee as you can drink on the day. A complementary 250g
bag of coffee, from our mainstay coffee portfolio and a 15% off brewing equipment voucher to use online.
The latte art course is a really fun and engaging way to get started if you are a beginner. You will be using espresso machines and grinding/weighing coffee so it’s a good starter point. From there you can move onto the filter or espresso coffee making courses.
Between 1.5 – 3 hours depending on what course you choose.
Our courses range between £55 - £65.
These are held in our training labs in Cornwall (Porthleven) and London (Shoreditch, Southwark).
Using the skills you learn on the day, you’ll be well on your way to making delicious coffee at home after attending a course.
