We highly recommend ordering in advance of these dates. Anything ordered before 21st of December will be shipped as normal. Anything ordered after will be delayed, and won't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
FREE UK TRACKED DELIVERY ON ORDERS £25 & OVER
All UK orders over £25 are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
LETTERBOX FRIENDLY DELIVERY
All orders of 1 or 2 x 250g bags of coffee will be despatched in a letterbox friendly parcel. This is based this on average height of the mailbox in the UK being 40mm.
NEXT DAY DESPATCH (ORDER BEFORE 23.59)
Order before 23.59 and get your coffee roasted and despatched the next day (excluding weekends). Any orders after midnight will be despatched the next day. Any orders placed after 23.59 on Thursday, will be despatched on Monday.

We aim to roast all of our coffee to order but there may be times where some of our mainstay coffees will be rested before being despatched.

We are currently unable to ship any electrical goods containing lithium batteries to China, due to custom rules and regulations.

Products purchased at origincoffee.co.uk is not for resale unless expressly agreed in writing by Origin Coffee Ltd
Sales to non-business customers that are located outside the UK will be distributed using Delivered At Place (DAP) shipping terms. The customer is the ‘importer of record’ and liable for any import VAT/customs duty that may apply on import.
RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS
Non-consumable goods
We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to The Roastery, 1 Treysa Place, Porthleven, TR13 9FJ. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence of having returned the item. We will organise for faulty goods to be collected from you; we will use our own courier and you will be required to be available for a nominated collection.
Consumable goods
Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team and Head of Coffee, as applicable. Please contact our Customer Service team (Monday to Friday 0900 -1700) on 01326 574337 or by email info@origincoffee.co.uk in this instance. They will then work with you to resolve the issue.
CANCELLATION
Recurring subscriptions
Please note that these our recurring subscriptions (i.e. those that have automatic repeat payment) can be cancelled at any time by contacting our Customer Service team (Monday to Friday 0900-1700) on 01326 574337 or info@origincoffee.co.uk detailing ‘CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’
If payment fails for a recurring subscription, we will attempt to take the payment from the nominated card again two days later up to a total of three times. If this final attempt fails we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please note that your coffee will not be roasted and despatched until payment is processed. Your subscription date will then reset to the day the successful payment was taken.
